Here are just some pictures of people spotted at this years Locust st. featival. This one is all about fun, food, kickin, and beer folks. It's run by some neighborhood people that organize the activities in their spare time. Every year when the Locust Street festival happens it usually draws a big crowd. This year was no different. There was a huge crowd and UPROC had a store booth set up right on the street this year.
